Not only would you end up with less gold than if you had just vendored the item, you'd actually lose gold. So if you sold the item at your minimum price of 75g, you'd end up with 71g25s - but by that time you will likely have spent 85g on deposits.
If you expect to lose 19 deposits on average for each time you sell a copy of the item, that means that you'd expect to lose 19 * 4g50s = 85g on deposits. In retail, each 24h listing requires a deposit equal to 30% of the item's VendorSell price, so 30% 15g = 4g50s per listing in this example. This means that, on average, you'd expect to have to post the item 1 / 0.05 = 20 times for it to eventually sell, which means that you'd expect to lose 19 deposits (you get the deposit back the one time your auction actually sells). A DBregionSaleRate of 0.05 suggests that 5% of the auctions that get posted for the item sell, while the other 95% expire or get cancelled. Your minimum price would be ~75g, which should be fine, right? After all, even after the 5% AH cut, you'd still end up with 71g25s, which is a lot more than the 15g VendorSell price.īut there is a catch! Each time your auction expires or is cancelled, you lose the deposit fee. Say for example an item is usually valued at 100g, can be vendored for 15g and has a DBRegionSaleRate of 0.05. But even if your minimum price is higher than the item's VendorSell price, you still might lose gold to deposits. Your current prices could potentially cause you to sell items at or below their VendorPrice - although TSM will print a warning in chat if that's the case. You might want to reference the item's VendorSell value. If this is mostly used for random stuff you don't really care too much about, it probably shouldn't be much of a problem, but it is something you might want to keep an eye on, especially for rarer / higher valued items. Since you are taking the average of DBRegionSaleAvg, DBmarket and DBHistorical, the effect of this won't necessarily be quite as bad as they would be if you based things solely on DBRegionSaleAvg, but it could still cause you to sell things way too cheap. Since TSM users tend to buy items when they are severely underpriced, the DBRegionSaleAvg often times tends to greatly undervalue items. This data is based on actual sales and purchases of TSM users. You might want to be careful with DBRegionSaleAvg. Sending the profile might take a couple of minutes, during which both characters need to stay logged in. For this to work, your other account mustn't already have a profile of that same name. Clicking this button will send your currently active profile to the connected account. Once your two accounts are connected, you can mouse over the other account in the Account Sync section of this page and then click on the "Send Profile" button that will appear. To do this, you first need to set up account syncing under TSM -> Settings. If that's the case, you can actually send your entire profile, including all operations (but not including custom sources) from one account to another. Why are you trying to export/import your own groups though? Are you trying to set up a second account? This is to protect people from importing groups that others have shared and then accidentally mailing their items to characters of the player that shared the import string.
I wasn't aware of warehousing, but mailing operations cannot be exported.
